Condensed Rules, Regulations and Bylaws
There are four individual homeowners' associations within this community. LT2 includes access to the Grassy Lake Community Center for larger gatherings, weekly activities like crafts, chair yoga, pickleball, pavilions, docks and boat launch. Currently, there is no access to a pool or shuffleboard courts. No Airbnbs.
Living the Lake Grassy life
Lake Grassy is perfect for boating and fishing! Dock space is available on a first-come-first served basis as space allows for condo owners. There is a boat registry/dock assignment form that must be filled out accompanied by an annual fee of $100.
